Test Manager Qa Manager London. Test Manager required to head up a series of exciting projects within an established test team operating in the financial services industry. The company are making the transition from building in-house software to a packaged product and require a test manager who has experience of leading teams through this sort of process or who has experience of implementing packaged software. As well as this the company are keen to embrace automation in their test strategy and are interested in hearing from Test Managers with an enthusiasm for automation who would be able to implement automation products and strategy within a large organisation. There are seven people in the team all of whom are experienced testers the legacy systems are mainly Java Oracle based with some users on Sap the new system is Oracle Financials. Experience of the same would be relevant. To apply for the job Test Managers should have experience of leading a team of testers in a formal structured environment. They should have some experience testing the implementation of packaged software and some experience of automated tools.
