Description
We are a highly entrepreneurial business entering a new dynamic phase. This is a new position starting virtually from zero and reporting to the group financial controller. You will be a qualified accountant (Aca Acca or equivalent) with solid retail or general commercial experience to carry out the following Developing and producing weekly Kpi s and monthly management accounts Developing the financial and accounting systems and processes Developing and monitoring an appropriate financial control framework Producing annual financial reports Building and mentoring a team Financial management incl. managing the process for reporting payments bank accounts etc Developing and monitoring accounting and budgeting policies and advice to business managers. To achieve success you will be a strong team manager (which you will build) with a business minded streak and a desire to be part of a growing successful company where your package will enable you to benefit directly from that success.
