My client is a small residential commercial developer based in a beautiful part of Surrey. They have been established since 2005 and are currently turning over £1.5m they have impressive plans to increase this over the next two years. The company has a small but extremely professional modern set up with offices offering a calm relaxing atmosphere for you to work. Projects undertaken rang in value from £2m 7m and are high spec builds. They require a junior or intermediate Qs to become and integral member of there team and work along side (Shadow) the Managing Surveyor. The ideal candidate will show enthusiasm and have a genuine passion for the industry. You will have 2 years or more postgraduate work experience or be in your 2nd 3rd year of studying Day release is not a problem) You will show the ability to help with measurements and produce quantity of bills. There is an excellent package on offer.
