We are a small but high growth media marketing agency and have been trying to add to our management team for some time. We ve posted numerous ads run a recruitment event and used our own network but we haven t found the person we are looking for and while delaying hiring someone has meant we ve had to work double hours we are committed to waiting for the right person. The position we have to fill is a sales and marketing role which involves a combination of being affable on the phone planning and executing marketing activities and finding ways of improving what we do.It would suit a graduate or someone seeking a second or third step in their career.
