Our client an education examination provider based in Holborn. This role supports a team that produces Gcses and Gces for a suite of subjects. The aim of the team is to deliver a professional service to our centres in the production and assessment of our examinations. The position covers a variety of challenging and diverse areas. The position would suit a highly motivated self starter who would like to pursue a career within a large dynamic organisation. Duties include assist and support their manager in ensuring the quality and content of examinations and examination papers contribute to cross divisional work and initiatives when required support innovation and change in order to improve the processes and add quality to the outcomes assist in maintaining data and infrmation relevant to the assessment of the designated specifications assist and support the team in ensuring the smooth running of all examination related meetings ensure a high standard of customer service through routine contacts with customers be the primary assessment point of contact for the senior examiners assist in performance monitoring of examiners in given subject areas during the examination series. liaise with senior examiners and relevant internal departments to ensure that suitable materials are available for training and examination meetings assist in the preparation of documents for centres and examiners The right candidate will have Good interpersonal skills are required with the ability to negotiate and persuade. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential. Good numeracy and statistical skills are required. Must be educated to degree level Must have the ability to prioritise workload to meet the needs of the business and work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Experience of a customer-facing role. Experience of a co-ordination or administrative role. A good working knowledge of Ms Office The role will suit a proactive individual with excellent attention to detail as well as organisational skills. The post holder will need to be Pc computer literate and able to work to tight deadlines with the ability to work under pressure. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate at all levels are essential. Salary is £18 22K depending on experience
