Growth and Development of the UK Agent network of a global brand As a Development Executive you are expected to consolidate an area by developing a successful relationship with the existing agents and building new corridors for the company in your area. You will be judged on agents performance and how much you promote the company s brand. We are looking for two qualities The first is and the second is the ability to communicate well after loads of people have given you the brush off. So if you re good at talking face to face and can cope with rejection you have the talents were looking for. Key Responsibilities Relationship Management developing and maintaining effective relationships with existing contacts Developing and maintaining effective relationships with new clients Provide training to new customers Agents Development of brand awareness with the new and existing agent client base. Ensuring our Agent network is properly branded. Fields based role. Provide the company with timely accurate feedback dictated by market conditions. Operations Review competitor activities and pass any such information to your line manager Agent network development and manage pipeline documentation Sourcing of new agents clients Liaise with other departments so as to understand all necessary aspects of the business. Weekly performance report and daily activity reporting. Performs other sales and marketing related responsibilities and projects as assigned Implementing the UK business strategy in line with business and corporate objectives. Interface closely with internal personnel to ensure the smooth running of contracts. Now why would you want to be in the field everyday?
