The Role You will be selling our recruitment services to a wide range of candidates and clients within the Construction and Property Sector and will be entirely responsible for growing your own specialist business section. Your role will incorporate Identifying developing and managing client business relationships in a competitive environment. Sourcing and interviewing applicants cold calling and designing suitable marketing and advertising campaigns. Negotiating mutually beneficial terms for each campaign or a broader Preferred Supplier Agreement Offering consultative and professional Cv and interview advice to candidates and Managing the recruitment process through interview to offer stage and beyond. This role is predominantly phone based and so an assertive and charismatic telephone manner is essential. Our successful consultants have come from various backgrounds within the sales industry car sales estate agency telesales field sales or media sales In fact any experience where you have over achieved and exceeded targets is the first step to becoming a successful recruitment consultant.
