Hotcourses is the UK s largest publisher of retail guides and websites with contracts with the British Council Learn Direct and Hefce. Our products help people find the right course or college for them and the guides we publish are distributed around the world. We make use of the latest technology and design to ensure we are at the cutting-edge of the media industry. We have two offices one in Hammersmith and one in India employing over 190 people. Here at Hotcourses we believe in the importance of education and as such fund projects in Africa to support some of the world s most vulnerable children. This role provides an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to get into the stimulating world of publishing offering a broad spectrum of training and experience. You will work across nearly 40 different publications and five websites liaising with UK educational institutions to collect copy and providing an excellent standard of customer care. Working in our friendly and outgoing team you will also be responsible for subbing profiles to a high-standard and loading interactive web media. You will probably have recently graduated and are looking for your first graduate position. Excellent communication and organisation skills are a must along with a good eye for detail an excellent grasp of the English language and a confident telephone manner. Knowledge of html InDesign and Photoshop are useful but not essential as training will be provided.
