My client is an expanding medical publishing company situated close to Finchley Central tube station. They are seeking an articulate individual to join their Special Projects Team. You will need strong administration and organisation skills and should be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. This is a diverse administrative role working in a small friendly team of 4. Responsibilities will include Telephone and desk research to identify relevant new contacts and verify existing known contact details Extensive liaison with client to secure re-print sales and provide order forms Liaising with prospects directly via email or telephone Provide follow-up to sales opportunities Process sales order from initial order through to final invoice including liaison with printers to establish printing costs and delivery schedule and liaising with clients in order to keep them informed of order status Interaction with internal customers and contacts Attributes required Professional approach Articulate Organised Excellent administrative skills Strong communication skills written and verbal Benefits 22 days holiday Pension scheme Annual performance bonus This position would suit a Graduate with a Life Science degree (preferably)
