Our Public Sector team are one of the leading providers of lawyers and paralegals across local authorities and central government bodies as well as a number of regulators independent and statutory bodies charities law centres and universities. We are now recruiting for a Candidate Manager to assist the team with a variety of work and are looking for an ambitious graduate who is interested in working in the recruitment field. The role will include liaising with our Managed Vendor clients assisting with submitting Cvs arranging interviews and preparing relevant paperwork. The successful candidate will also be responsible for co-ordinating data for external Audits as well as undertaking special projects for the team. On a day-to-day basis you will be required to deal with general candidate queries manage the job advertising function and ensure filing is fully compliant. If you are a bright ambitious graduate interested in working in a busy team we would like to hear from you. Interested individuals must have strong It and customer service skills as well as good attention to detail. This position will appeal to graduates interested in a career in legal recruitment and good prospects exist for this role to develop into a full recruitment consultant position. While previous experience of customer service recruitment would be of benefit it is not essential and training will be provided for the successful candidate.
