Founded in 2002 Insurance4carhire.com is an innovative online insurance company whose core business is the provision of car rental Excess insurance. The business has grown rapidly and now offers a vast array of different excess insurance products to cover Europe Us Canada Worldwide. Due to this expansion we are now looking for a part-time member of staff to assist in our office from Monday-Wednesday 9am-6pm. This role is to cover the period of May-September so would ideally suite a student. Immediate start required. Role Overview The primary purpose of this role is to provide broad based administrative and customer service support to Insurance4carhire.com Key Tasks include Responding to client telephone queries knowledgeably. Responding to e-mail queries. Handling refunds and cancellations. Involvement in other activities in support of marketing as appropriate and as time allows. Candidates should be well-presented have excellent customer service skills and speak English fluently.
