Established in 2000 etype has established itself as one of the key sales houses in the UK recently expanding operations into Us Germany and Ireland. We are looking for a bright articulate confident graduate to assist the Publisher Manager with the day-to-day running of the Publisher portfolio. This varied and challenging role involves acting as a channel between the etype sales team and the Publishers to ensure that communication routes are kept open and each side are kept fully aware of updates and developments from each party. Key activities of the role include Communication with all relevant departments within the organisation especially etype Sales and Traffic Dealing with enquiries and issues from Publishers assisting the Publisher Manager with her duties Regular scheduled reporting using ad-serving technology Attending Publisher meetings calls with the Publisher Manager Research into relevant new prospects for Business Development The ideal candidate will be Educated to degree level at least a 2.1 Good attention to detail Customer service account management preferred but not essential Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel Business minded ambitious and enthusiastic Good social and relationship building skills Excellent communication skills and telephone manner Able to work well under instruction and be pro-active in identifying any potential better practises to existing processes. Online experience is preferred Immediate start £18000 20000 pa plus discretionary bonus This would be the ideal first role for someone looking to their first steps into a career in online media and advertising and offers excellent routes for progression as the company continues to expand.
