Who we are Knexus is the rapid learning company specialising in digital marketing (w.knexuscommunity.com Our customers are major brand marketing teams e.g. B&Q Gsk Nokia Shell. Product Management Intern. The Role Were looking for an ambitious individual to assist in delivering our digital marketing learning resources to customers across Europe. Specifically you will support the product manager with the delivery of our programme of learning opportunities including live webcasts On Demand content (e.g. videos podcasts) and offline peer group learning. The role includes liasing with partners to source content delivering learning opportunities for customers overseeing post production of videos and podcasts and working with our development team to improve customers online experience. Key Responsibilities Research to support the planning of learning opportunities for customers Co-ordinating the schedule of learning opportunities with partners and customers Ensuring the successful delivery of webcasts forums premium content Writing marketing materials for learning opportunities (primarily for online but also email marketing campaigns) Assisting in the management and development of the Knexus website. First line customer support. Key skills required An understanding of and interest in digital marketing e.g. search social media e-commerce Good project management skills Ability to work fast in a pressured environment Willingness to act independently and take responsibility A degree or current student Html skills (or a willingness to learn) Marketing Intern. The role This role is a challenging first step for a bright and versatile individual looking for an opportunity to get hands on experience in a fast paced new media environment. You will be joining a dynamic and rapidly growing online media company working in the digital marketing space. You will be working along with a marketing manager and assisting in all daily tasks. You will be confident well organised and have a sound understanding of how your role fits into the wider business. You will be able to create and maintain relationships with suppliers partners and other stakeholders in the business. You will be able to work independently and take responsibility for business critical projects and strategies. Key responsibilities Generation of leads for our sales team. Promotion of our events to existing clients. Raising brand awareness via outbound campaigns and Pr activity. Key skills required Creation execution and analysis of detailed marketing plans. Use of channels such as email web and direct mail and techniques like viral and relationship marketing. Basic Html skills would be desirable but can be taught to the right candidate. Current student Graduate In return you will get a hands-on experience good insight into all aspects of digital marketing and product management as well as a good reference. We are based in Farrington your working hours would be 8.30-5.30 Mon-Fri. This is an unpaid Internship however travel expenses will be covered. The internship is to start Asap through the summer.
