Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) In Annual Maintenance Contract faulty Parts excluding consumables like printer cartridges, Toners, Print Heads and Pins will be replaced at our cost under this type of contract. If any faulty part found at the time of service visit or customer calls IT-Lunar Systems will try to repair or replace that faulty part with a working part if it is not repairable. We provide standby equipment if the problem not rectified in 2 working days. Our service engineer will attend the call within 4 working hours after call login.
