Full Charge Bookkeeper About Matteo, an industry leader in modern loungewear and home furnishings is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting activities of the company, including the preparation of monthly financial statements. Essential Duties & Responsibilities ? Manage 2 direct reports: AP/AR ? Produce accurate monthly financial reports (P&L/BS/CF) for management ? Oversee Payroll ? Point of contact for all financial, insurance, and legal matters ? Oversee journal entries ? Manage monthly closing Qualifications ? Prior experience as an Accounting Manager or Full Charge Bookkeeper ? Must possess communication skills ? Organized and detail oriented ? Handle multiple projects and be able to set goals and priorities ?
