Residential Maintenance Company located in Inglewood, CA has a great opportunity for an experienced bi-lingual Maintenance Supervisor to manage a crew of Field Technicians. The Maintenance Supervisor reports directly to, and assists the General Manager of the company. Supervisor will assist in coordinating all day-to-day operations of maintenance including the scheduling of daily work orders, as well as documenting and dispatching incoming items. All interested persons will be fully tested on the following items: Candidate must have apartment maintenance experience, must be computer literate, and possess good organizational skills. The ability to speak and write Spanish is a must, as customer relations with owners and tenants are a vital part of the job. Applicant should have knowledge of how to inspect an apartment unit for repairs and refurbishments regarding rent-ready process, must have full knowledge of how to bid for work related to building compliance and restoration, and possess strong follow-thru abilities to ensure completion of all scopes of work. Candidate must also understand the work order process, security deposit refund process, and good communicative skill to interact with all levels of management. Essential Responsibilities · Maintain Work Order Process · Email follow-thru and knowledge of all functionalities · Building & Unit Inspection Prep · Tenant Complaints regarding Repairs · Negotiate Sub-Contractor Bids · Resolve Habitability Issues · Follow-up on 24hr Emergency Service Calls · Assist Rent Ready Process · Manage Maintenance Crew Scheduling · Assist Security Deposit Refund Form · Quality Assurance on completed assignments All persons interested in this position should apply by sending a resume in word format only to tconaway@ellynesis.com.
