Description
Small CPA firm needs an administrative assistant/bookkeeper with excellent English speaking and writing skills. Applicant must have strong computer skills including a working knowledge of Quick Books, MS Word and Excel. Applicant must also have a working knowledge of bookkeeping and related general ledger applications. Attention to detail and organization is a must. Position is for full time however we offer flexibility. Duties include data entry, general ledger analysis, general office clerical responsibilities and tax return assembly.
